Teaching EU Digital Regulation: Marketing, Platforms and Consumer Protection under the DSA

Adriana Mutu contributes to teaching activities at the Faculty of Business, Babeș-Bolyai University, Romania (1–5 June 2026).

She will deliver the course, “Public Policy and Digital Marketing in the EU Context: Regulation, Consumer Protection and Research Opportunities (under the Digital Services Act)”, examining the EU legal framework for digital marketing with a focus on the Digital Services Act (DSA).

Key topics include influencer marketing regulation, consumer protection in digital environments (including minors), and the role of Digital Services Coordinators and media regulators, supported by European case studies on implementation and enforcement.
