Adriana Mutu – Invited Speaker at International Responsible AI Symposium

Adriana Mutu will speak at the international symposium “What is Responsible AI?”, taking place at the University of Derby on 16 October 2026.
The symposium brings together researchers and media experts from leading institutions including De Montfort University, University of Glasgow, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Linnaeus University, Sabancı Business School, University of Botswana and Birmingham City University.
The programme addresses the rapidly evolving relationship between generative AI, journalism and democratic communication, with discussions on platform governance, editorial autonomy, employment, AI ethics, media production and the social and environmental implications of AI.
