DESCRIPTION:MEDEA is pleased to announce the participation of its member\, Drissia Chouit\, Ph.D.\, as an Invited Speaker at the Africa Social Impact Summit 2026\, taking place from 22–24 July 2026 at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos\, Nigeria. \nHeld under the theme “Financing for Development: Building Resilience and Transforming Emerging Economies\,” the Summit brings together key stakeholders to discuss sustainable development and social impact across Africa. \nDrissia Chouit will participate in a High-Level Plenary Session organised with the UNESCO Category 2 International Media and Information Literacy Institute\, focusing on the role of Media and Information Literacy in advancing information integrity in the age of Artificial Intelligence. \nThe Ministerial Roundtable\, “Information Integrity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Advancing Media and Information Literacy as a Cross-Cutting Driver of Sustainable Impact of Social Enterprises in Africa\,” will take place on 22 July 2026\, from 16:00 to 17:30 (GMT+1). \nOnline participation is available free of charge upon registration. \nOnline registration: https://lnkd.in/eVKJQeJe
