Adriana Mutu Contributes to the Young Media Researchers Program for Lebanon
On 21 July 2026, Adriana Mutu, will deliver the training session “From Research to Impact: Becoming an Expert and Influencing Policy” for participants in the Young Media Researchers Program for Lebanon.
The session focuses on how young researchers can transform academic work into policy impact by developing expertise, understanding policymaking processes, tailoring research outputs to different audiences, and effectively communicating evidence to decision-makers.
The event forms part of the Young Media Researchers Program for Lebanon, implemented by the Media and Journalism Research Center (MJRC) in partnership with Maharat Foundation under the EU-funded project“Support to Media Reform in Lebanon to Enhance Freedom of Expression.”
The programme supports Lebanese Master’s students in conducting applied research on media transparency, algorithmic governance, AI-driven misinformation, electoral information integrity, and digital rights, while strengthening links between academic research, advocacy, and policymaking.
