MEDEA is proud to announce its participation in the EBEN Research Conference 2025 with a dedicated panel on “Ethical Governance of Digital Platforms: Challenges and Opportunities”. The conference, co-hosted by the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN) and its Spanish Chapter, will take place October 8–10, 2025, at the Faculty of Business & Economics, University of Cádiz, Spain.

The MEDEA panel will explore pressing issues surrounding digital platform governance, including:
- Regulation and policy frameworks
- Research intelligence and ethical use of data
- Privacy and consumer protection
- The spread of misinformation and fake news
- Media audiences and media organizations in the digital era
- Ethical leadership and accountability in platform management
This year’s conference offers a unique forum for scholars, practitioners, and thought leaders to engage in meaningful discussions at the intersection of business ethics, innovation, and sustainability. Participants will explore how organizations can make ethical decisions that promote long-term societal well-being.
